Refund Policy
Business Customers / B2B
(1) No statutory right of withdrawal
For B2B contracts, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Orders are binding for the selected term.
(2) Refunds limited to billing errors or unauthorized transactions
Refunds are granted solely for proven billing errors (e.g., duplicate charge) or verified unauthorized transactions. No additional goodwill refunds are offered.
(3) No service credits
Availability or performance deviations do not entitle the customer to credits or refunds, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
(4) Annual prepayments and terms
No pro-rata refunds for early termination. Downgrades/Cancellation take effect at the next renewal.
(5) Process
Requests must be submitted by an authorized account owner with the order ID and a description of the error to support@anonymator.ai
Disbursement is handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) in accordance with its procedures.
(6) Exclusions
No refunds are due for (i) breaches of the GTC or acceptable-use rules, (ii) issues caused by the customer’s systems or chosen third-party providers, (iii) force majeure, or (iv) test/trial use.
Consumers – digital content/services only
(1) Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion.
(2) Subscriptions
(a) Monthly plans: run until the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds.
(b) Annual plans: after expiry of the withdrawal period, no early termination with a refund; access continues until the end of the term.
(c) Downgrades/Cancellation: take effect at the next renewal; no refunds for unused capacity.
(3) No goodwill refunds
Beyond statutory rights and obvious billing errors, no voluntary refunds are granted.
(4) Process and chargebacks
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Please submit requests with your order ID via the receipt link or by contacting support@anonymator.ai. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback; unwarranted chargebacks may lead to temporary suspension of access.
